Difference between top and bottom bucket bonus
Let's say in a group with poor deal flow.
Does it really differ by much ?
I'm that top analyst in a group with mediocre deal flow. Won't call it poor. However, after gossiping with fellow analysts regarding our bonus numbers (will find out soon), I have a feeling that my extra efforts won't be worth it.
