Bonuses vary… it’s impossible to give a sense given few datapoints and range.
Would say 70% to 200% would be sort of right. Can also be zero of course.

My UK Directors - £225k ps, bonus ranges 85%-175%

Range is 175 - 225 I see most when interviewing directors.
US BBs seem to pay the most on base but get beaten on total comp by the US EBs.
