Disabled IBers - Winning Deals

I'm a 2nd year analyst at a BB. My cousin just landed a solid group. He is physically disabled but a solid guy, can get chill with anyone and shoot the shit with anyone - super friendly guy (relevant to his question I guess).

He asked whether it's possible to stay in IB/PE/High Finance as a physically disabled dude and win deals. I didn't know what to say and I kind of dodged the question, because I genuinely don't know the answer - I could personally say maybe because I know him so the 'weird-ness' barrier is gone, but it got me thinking if it's possible as I don't know of any disabled people in finance that are senior. I feel like the last person someone would want running a process for them would be someone disabled given the negative bias people might have. I don't know though, didn't know what to say to him.

Curious if any MDs/seniors have any insight into this.
