I'm doing a January start a bulge bracket in London. I know that we are doing our FCA exams courses/revision atm etc, but once we are qualified, are we really going to have 0 technical training before going on desk? Nothing has been told of me to the otherwise yet and I'm literally shitting my asshole.
Anybody who knows for CERTAIN please put me at ease?

Depends on the bank. For example, Barclays does a full training program for their early starters, whereas Citi does nothing and you join the normal grad training in summer.
Not entirely sure but I believe this is consistent for the European vs American BBs in LDN.
So what the fuck are early joiners at US BB's going to do on desk? Surely theres literally no word we'd be able to do without proper trainign
