Second year analyst at a BB that was recently told I won’t be promoted after my two year track ends. Facing low morale and embarrassment. We have an in office policy. I need to start figuring out my plans and options and can’t really do so in office. Do I even try anymore/show up? Just in need of any advice or if anyone is in a similar boat.

Did they get you optionality to improve and after x time get promoted? What were reasons for passing you over? I know this sounds horrible but if they keep you on use that time to obviously lateral
