Do interviewers usually give feedback after interviews?
Recently had a superday and at the end 1 of the interviewers told me how I did and what I should focus on. Is that a bad sign that he did that or is it a bad sign that the others didn't say anything?
I'd say in my experience that is somewhat abnormal (at least in my experience) unless it was about a specific line of questioning in which there are objectively correct answers. Was this a formal super day?
Don't think it's a bad thing either way. Imo if they were writing you off you wouldn't have bothered to give you any feedback at all.
Yeah, it was a formal Superday
How did he say you did? Definitely abnormal but he might may been wanting to help, in either case you'll likely hear back very soon if it's a superday anyway.
He said I did good, but then proceeded to tell me what I should change. But you’re right, it’s just a waiting game at this point. Thanks!
If it was technicals, then I would not worry about it at all. Behaviorals would be a bit strange, but wouldn’t read too much into it unless you really think you bombed it.
can I please PM you?
sure
