Do Lateral IB Associates in London receive sign-on bonuses or relocation support?
Hi there,
Title says all but basically I am curious about what is standard to request or expect if you are lateraling to an IB Associate role (for me it's RX) to the EBs in London who deal with RX and let's say you haven't earned any bonus in the last year so there's no "make-whole" - but you have to deal with relocating from the USA to London and associated costs. Is there a dollar/pound figure that is reasonable to request for sign-on and/or relocation support or am I on my own for everything? Assume sponsorship/visa is not an issue.
