Double Summer Analyst + Masters
In my first year of university. I am considering doing a Masters, but I am not yet set on it. If I do a Summer Analyst job in my second year, and either don't get a return offer or turn down a return offer and complete my final year can I do another summer analyst stint before I do my masters (immediately afterwards) or would it not be accepted? I ask because I can't seem to find a scenario in which anyone has done this.
For better visualisation, this is what I am proposing:
First-year summer: Nothing or cold email internship
Second Year Summer: Summer Analyst job
Third Year Summer (Final Year of Bachelor degree): Summer Analyst Job 2
Masters graduate (1 year): Full time Job
Fairly common and some don’t even do the masters.
But if you know that you already want to be FT in banking, why go through the hassle/expense of a masters?
