Dresdner Kleinwort/Kleinwort Benson
I'm doing some financial history research on merchant banking in the City of London at university. Would any WSO'ers provide insight on working at the older type British merchant banks like S.G.Warburg (later incorporated to UBS) and Kleinwort Benson/Dresdner Kleinwort/Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein? I know that Warburg caused waves in the banking scene when he led the hostile takeover of British Aluminium.
