End of analyst program
For those that do not stay on as third year analysts/associates after the 2 year analyst program, what typically happens as the end date approaches? When does work seem to start to really slow down?
Can you take unused PTO and take a vacation right before the end of the analyst program?
Wondering the same - does anyone know what typically happens when ramping down from analyst program?
I'd assume that as you become a more senior analyst, you become somewhat of an acting associate (helping younger analyst and mentoring them). Think of it as a trial run before actually being promoted to associate. Highly doubt the work slows down.
All of that assuming you stay and go A2A.
What about assuming that you don’t stay on as A2A? What does the end of the analyst program typically look like for those that are leaving?
2nd year associate asking a prospect about how an analyst program ends is peak WSO
Not to be rude but your post history says you are a junior in college, why are you replying to this thread asking about end of analyst stint experiences?
Great point, which is why I prefaced my answer by saying it's an assumption. I was attempting to help, but didn't exactly answer the question. If A2A though, would that be correct?
Best to not talk then
