Entering industry without internship
I am a final year undergraduate from a target school in UK with a background from a South Asian country. I haven't been able to secure an internship in Investment banking, but really want to build a career in this area. I'd be grateful for some advice on securing a graduate role without having an internship, if possible. Otherwise, what can I do at this stage to be able to enter this industry as soon as possible?
