Feel like I never see Analyst positions for London on their careers website. Does anyone know how they recruit?

How can i get in the process with Wiser?
Very long hours even up to MD level, esp during peak szns. Evr mandated on almost every deal and teams run v lean so juniors have to pull a lot of weight.
The impression I get is from WSO is that they do less large-cap stuff in the UK and rest of Europe and more MM. Is that true?
its a mix, across Europe it's probably 30/70 split between large/MM. some teams mostly do big deals like fig, telecom, general m&a and tech. And when they do large cap, they do really large cap here. there was a period like 2018-2022 they were pushing out the largest M&A deals in the UK. comcast/sky, LSEG/refinitiv, Takeda/Shire, AstraZeneca/Alexion
