How do you keep your eyes healthy?
After long hours of looking at my screen and modeling, I have developed red eyes, and sometimes they hurt and I get eyestrain.

When I got my eye glasses, don’t your eyes hurt after long hour screen work?
Blue light glasses help a tiny.
What I find helps me most is to not spend the hour before I go to sleep on any type of electronics. Absolutely zero tolerance right before I sleep.
Since I spend a lot of time working on the desktop I limit the use of my phone (no social apps, game apps, any sort of distracting apps, etc) and found it helped my eyes and social connectivity.
Oh I used to wear computer glasses when I was at college, I had one guy who always said to me “these are just waste of money, there is no scientific backup to claim their help with blue lights” I will try them again tho.
The evidence for them isn't great and eye doctors will tell you not to waste money on them, but some people feel they really help... Get cheap Amazon ones, don't spend $200 on them.
Breaks are the best thing for your eyes.. obviously hard to do in IB but you can get it in small ways.
Look up every hour and stare at something 20ft away. Go refill your water every 2-3 hours, take the long route.
I would also not go home and sit on your phone. Try and find things to do that aren't on screens - I like to read before bed instead of scrolling, my eyes are a lot better
