Hey guys, Have been invited to the final stage of the Citi London recruitment process for Investment Banking. It's a five hour assessment center. Does anyone know what goes on? what's the ratio of passing these etc? Thanks

Congrats! Generally it's a couple rounds of interviews, a case presentation and a group assignment. About a 50% pass rate, but that is flexible. It really depends on how many candidates they like, especially in the earlier rounds. ibtalk.com is a more UK focused site that has plenty of insight as well.
