Final Year International Student Looking for advice

'm a final-year international student at a UK semi-target university. This summer, I interned at a top BB (think GS, MS, JPM), but in wealth management. Midway through the internship, I realized I wanted to switch to IB, which I communicated to HR in an effort to explore internal mobility. As expected, I did not receive a return offer for my division, but I may have a chance to interview for an IB summer role (though it's still not completely clear). While I wait to hear back, I'm unsure of what steps to take next.

I've applied for some IB summer, off-cycle, and graduate roles, but I haven't received any interview offers for summer internships, despite being told my CV is strong. Many of the off-cycle roles start early next year (Q1), while my course finishes in June.

Basically, I'm at a loss for what to do next. I have good work experience and a solid CV, but I feel directionless. I'm considering waiting a little longer for off-cycle internships that start from June onwards. Ideally, I need a job that can sponsor a UK visa.
