Four year plan UK?

I'm in my first year at a semi target doing a humanities, have some MS Rothschild work experience from school - didn't get a single spring week this year, my third year is a year abroad in Spain (I speak almost fluent Spanish).

At the same time, I'm seeing guys in the year above me at school in the states get GS SA 27 already.

The only people I see getting spring weeks at my semi target are nepos or mature students who have already worked at PwC or other firms and have just started uni at the same time as me.

Should I reapply to spring weeks next year or to summers?

Appreciate any advice, thanks.
