FP&A Manager Salary?
Hello I work in corporate strategy and I am interviewing for a FP&A Senior Manager role at a tech start up. I am unsure what salary to ask for
my background:
- 3 years investment banking analyst
- 2 years investment banking associate
- 1 year corporate strategy manager
any advice on what salary I should ask for, i work in London but I guess i can just convert usd suggestions to GBp. Thank you

Just a datapoint but one of our clients (series D tech company) pays their finance director c. £150k
Thought that was on the lower side given this person has >10 years of experience in FP&A

USA labor market is not remotely comparable to UK. banking, corporate, etc. totally different comp levels.
