Freshman (CO28) at HYP - what to do in freshman spring?

I am a current freshman at HYP, (non-diversity, walk-on varsity athlete) and was wondering what I should be doing now (about 2-3 weeks into spring semester. During my first semester I established a good social circle and started looking into finance, and have an interest in going to the buy-side out of undergrad.

My question is what should I be doing currently? I am deciding between whether to do a LSE summer program (lots of fun, rave reviews) or to pursue a freshman summer internship (have 1 good lead, plan on continuing to reach out). I also know that soon I should start networking for Sophomore and Junior summer positions. I more or less understand the Junior summer analyst recruiting cycle, but how does the sophomore cycle work? And when should I start networking?

TLDR: Freshman at HYP, wondering about

1. When to start networking for sophomore/junior summer positions

2. When sophomore internship program applications open up (particularly sophomore BB/PE)

3. Whether to do LSE program for fun in the summer, or pursue internship?

Thanks!
