FT Partners 2023 (London)

I know FT Partners gets a lot of hate on WSO but I was hoping to gain some insights on the London office, culture, deal flow, comp, exits and recruitment process. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Don't know much about their London office as of now but in terms of the recruitment process, it goes apply --> CV screening --> online test --> 1st round interview --> "on-site interviews" (sounds like an AC to me) --> professional references --> offer (on their website).

Seem to have a strong presence in EMEA according to select transactions on their website (advised on Revolut’s $800mn Series E financing, GS/Greensky, Acorn/GoHenry), others who know more can chime in and correct me.

Edit: done the online test, guess we’ll wait and see.
