Got an interview for FT Partners - New York. It's two 30-45 min zooms back to back which I thought was a little weird for a first round. Does anyone have advice about what it will mostly entail?

Stay away if possible, had an offer for summer analyst and the culture (associate and above) is atrocious. An alumni who was at the firm then literally told me to not take the offer. That being said, there's tons of camaraderie among the analyst class
