Culture:
Work-Life Balance (WLB): FT Partners has a reputation for having some of the worst hours on the street. Many employees report being overworked.
Employee Turnover: High turnover rates, with many juniors leaving before completing their first year.
Work Environment: Reports indicate a challenging culture with juniors often feeling insecure and pressured to please seniors. There is also significant turnover on the research side.

Overall:
Pros: High pay, strong deal flow, and leadership in fintech.
Cons: Poor work-life balance, high turnover, and challenging culture.
