Generalist Return Offer vs. Group Specific
Hey guys, looking for some advice on this. I interned in a specific group and they gave me a generalist return offer, but said I could come back to the group. Most of the kids in the group got return offers specifically for that group, not the generalist one. I asked for clarification on if it means anything and they basically told me no, it's just an HR thing.
How would you interpret this? Looking for some insider info from the analysts/associates/VPs who have input on this type of thing.
