Getting a FT-position in New York as a European
I'm currently located in Europe but am very interested in relocating to New York. Are there any banks or PE firms that accept Europeans for FT analyst positions?

Do you have a green card/US citizenship? If yes, possible. If you don’t have any other form of work authorization, then unlikely.
The only way to relocate from Europe to the US for work is to (i) have your firm relocate you to their NY office on the L-1 Visa (but you need to be an Associate at least I think), (ii) get an MBA in the US which would qualify you for STEM OPT and subsequently H-1B, and (iii) get married to a US citizen.
