Getting Into IB
Hello Everyone,
I Finished by sophomore year majoring in finance. I am aiming to get into IB and I am studying a very B-Tier School. I wanted to know what would be realistically my chances getting into IB was bachelors.
Here is what I have done so far.
- Sophmore summer finance internship in a start up company that is going through it's Series C funding round.
- Head of Academics for our University student council
- 4.0 GPA
- Bunch of small competitions and being in a couple of clubs ( I do not think this adds anything TBH )
What would you say my chances are, and what recommendations would you give breaking into IB. I am not only aiming for Bulge bracket because I understand how unlikely that is. Boutique firms and middle market is also something I aim towards.
