Current sa and have noticed i keep getting staffings on non-live things, internal projects, staffings without meaningful junior guidance etc. Do I bring this up to staffer or ask the analysts I like to request me to be staffed with them?

Please remember every single intern in the history of existence has had the same complaint as you. If you do good on grunt work you may get lucky to see live work, but that’s a perk not an entitlement dude
Yeah that’s totally expected - but the staffings seem kind of random right now and other interns seem to be getting more live reps. I know I don’t have too much control on the kind of work I get though so I’ll just fall in line lol
