Seeing as GS has scrapped the 'week' portion of their spring for the second year running, I'm curious whether conversions are still a thing.
Does anyone have any insight after attending last year/any word from anyone in-house on whether there is any variety of a 'pipline' at present?

Pretty sure 2021 spring was the last convertible one? might be incorrect though
22 spring was last convertible spring and converted 9/40 in IBD
i think the only pipeline is from the academies, not from the spring
