Good experience / Bad grades --> Should I apply to SA?

Hey everyone,

I'm about to start second year at a European target where we nominally have a 3 year programme, which can be extended. Many do, so I am planning on also doing so and finishing in 2027. The first year doesn't count towards the overall GPA and I haven't got the best grade (3.3 GPA / 58% UK), but I'm sure that I will get much stronger grades in the future, as there will be subjects I actually care about and the grades will matter. I have an overall strong CV with experience, extrcurriculars, really good HS GPA, and a spring.

I wanted to know whether it would make any sense applying for SA25 at the moment, saying that I'm planning to graduate in 2026, or will that blacklist me from applying again next year at the same places when I fix my grades? I want to apply for the less competitive divisions (AM/ S&T (not really less competitive than IB, ik)/ Research/ PWM).

Also can I put only a solid predicted grade on my cv instead of current gpa (as it is gone forever and won't matter in the future), or will that look unrealistic when they ask for transcripts?

Thank you!
