Greenhill 2018

Hi,

What are peoples thoughts on Greenhill in 2018? They have obviously had a tough few years and are not on par with Lazard / Evercore in the boutique space. How are they perceived against upper MM Banks like Jefferies ?

Interested in both London and NY perspectives.

Don't really know anyone on Greenhill but from what I heard they still get paid very well and the hours are relatively nice for being an EB (still rough since it is a boutique).

Exit ops are still good albeit declining a bit, not on par with Lazard or PJT but still send people to top MM PE with an occasional 1-2 MF.

Personally would take Greenhill over any MM and even over Moelis NYC.
