I have worked with them on a deal, they are very polished and I believe that training there is good. However, it seems that they work extremely hard so be prepared for long nights and full week-ends (I think pay is proportionate to this). Not sure about exit opps but I would say typical exit opps for boutique candidates (+ I understand they are smaller than some others like Roths/Laz and not as prestigious, although very close, to Centerview/PJT)
