Greenhill RX vs. Guggenheim RX

Which firm is better in terms of culture, comp, and exit opps at the summer analyst/analyst level? Currently recruiting for SA positions, and would like to know where would be the best for buy-side exit opps. Thanks!

Look at Reorg's recent league tables GH has fallen so far behind it's a MM not a EB

Greenhill exits > Gugg exits is the way I look at it

If you only value your current company by how easily you can leave it you won’t get far in this company. Focus on building your brand and the offers come.

You clearly don’t know Rx. Greenhill is a shell of what it was. They don’t get on any mandates.
