There's pretty broad consensus that he's shit, a snob (looks only at top schools or top banks) and has 0 mandates - blasts your CV all over the place. Do not recommend.
I think he just spams your CV as the guy above mentioned. Also very disorganised. I see every mandate he has elsewhere as well...

Tried engaging with this dude a couple of times but he's very snobbish. In the end, I simply stopped. Not even sure if he's mandated for the roles he posts.
Honest advice - don't engage with them.
Not a huge fan of speaking poorly of people but I'll make an exception for Greenwich Partners. He's a complete time-waster and incredibly unprofessional. He asked that I do a set of tests (which he was completely wrong about the content) and when I followed up for a result he said the role had already been filled. I was warned by other people and thought I'd chance my arm but not worth it.
Personally James has always been very helpful, got me interviews with very strong funds. The format of blasting opportunities by email to people is a bit sketchy but makes sense since he's running his shop alone. He's selective in who he shows to the clients though.
