GS IBD SA Superday 2021
Hey these aren't out yet for regular rounds as far as I can tell, but I'm setting this here so if anyone hears back for IBD or group-specific offers to lay it on here so we can all be in the loop.
Edit: one source tells me we could hear back if we received a super day by EOW. Idk if anyone can confirm.

This sounds like a bunch of BS. They haven’t sent out hirevues yet - they’ll have to send them out, then watch them, then make a decision on who gets a superday.
Source: literally every recruiter, my school team, and bankers outside of my school team.
You sent an application, now your school team will review the application. They’ll decide if you get a hirevue (because they are selective about it), then they’ll watch those hirevues.
If you have no school team because you have no alumni presence then they will have a “school agnostic” team with people from multiple different schools review your application + hirevue.
