GS/MS/JPM London - What is the leading BB in Europe?

Which of these banks would you say is the strongest in London?

What are the key differences between them with regards to their European operations?

Hoping for valuable insights and looking forward to start an interesting discussion.

GS - still #1, specific culture, very PC

JPM - strong franchise but too many juniors (another cut incoming), great culture

MS - extremely lean, 90s culture (probably works you the hardest)
