Have European Junior Bankers Compensation Increased like in the US ?
It has been well reported in the financial press that NYC 1st year IB analysts saw their base pay increase from $85k to $100k-$120k depending on the bank: https://archive.is/NdIuD
Have other offices outside the US experienced similar pay bump ? Or is London IB 1st year base still £50k ?

For A2 that figure jumps up to 80k.
Evercore/BofA at 63k for A1
Roths at 62k for A1
Most other BBs at 60k
A lot of MMs between 55k-60k

Incorrect - GS base for AN1 is 65k
All in (base + bonus+ sign on) at BBs, An1 should be clearing £100k+ if they’re top bucket. EBs should be £120k+ all in with the likes of CVP/PJT and others probably touching £140k.
