Help as a Canadian for London Recruiting SA/FT
Wondering how recruiting goes in London:
-Does HR or analysts screen CVs?
-Why are there so many Hirevues/OAs?
-Are the interviews really technical?
-How good are conversions? Considering extending grad date, but would want to start FT after SA
-Any other advice, especially internationals in London - Was it worth it?
Some context is BB S&T SA experience (not NY), good school, studying business, looking to pivot into IB
