How do German bachelor "Target Universities" compare to UK semi-targets

So the 20 questions post says  Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, LSE, UCL, Warwick are targets and, I assume all better than LMU or Mannheim,
Semi-targets are Bristol, Kings, Bath, Nottingham, St Andrews, Edinburgh, Durham, Exeter and Cass, is LMU or Mannheim better than any of these schools? I am planning on working in the UK after I finish my bachelor and going into IB.
