New AN1, hit the desk recently. Got staffed on two deals, both of which I made silly errors on.
Obviously I won't be making these same mistakes again. But I feel like once you make a mistake, your reputation gets hit and it becomes harder to impress people, even if you do good work.
Is it possible to recover from mistakes at all?
