This question is mostly aimed towards the global BB’s. How easy is it to move to an office in another country if one day you decided you wanted to? Like what if one day I wake up and say I want to move to Hong Kong?

Some BB's might (and you should check if your BB does) have relocation programs where once you are an associate you have the opportunity to go do a year out of a different office in a different county. Know Goldman has this possibility for associates. From there I imagine there's a chance to stay at that country if mutually agreed by the team there and yourself.
