How much easier do applications get after an internship?
Hi guys,
Just completed an SA in S&T at a BB firm. I am awaiting an offer, but not taking chances. Therefore, I wanted to continue to apply for AM and S&T roles. Beforehand, I struggled greatly to land interviews, despite being from a top 5 university in the UK. I want to apply for a combination of internships, off-cycles and FT roles. Just wondering if anybody found it easier after getting internship experience to land interviews?
