How necessary is networking for London IB/PE?
Currently recruiting for 4-8 month London internship roles from Canada, was wondering how necessary networking is over there. Not sure if the culture is the same in the UK where you need to network in order to be successful with landing an interview/offer. Any insights would be appreciated.
