Hi everyone - I'm currently a rising senior at a non-target very close to NYC. My question is, how do you go about finding a fall/winter part-time IB internship? Since there aren't usually postings for these, how do you know what firms to look into? I'm hungry to gain IB experience and have a strong enough resume for firms to look at me, so how should I approach this recruiting process to put myself in the best position possible to get the job? Any input is appreciated.
