How to minimise tax as a first year IBD analyst? (UK)

What are the different strategies to minimise the amount of tax you end up paying as a first year analyst? Should I consider different strategies as I might will move back to Europe in the coming five years? I know there have been earlier discussions on this topic, but would like to get an updated view.
