Does ubs Swiss mentality and exposure to fine payouts and hedge fund prime brokerage blowouts counter any explosive growth we had giving us the usual mediocre lower bb bonuses?

It was shit last year & will continue to be shit
Yeah but first half of 2020(when all the 2019 deal flow booked) was bad.
2021 was a full year of high deal flow.
Analysts are paid based on market not really deal flow
How's credit suisse bonuses
1st/2nd year - all buckets tend to pay very similar; 3rd year above - top buckets are average to great; others are horseshit
