I fucked up- what to do ?

I am from a non-target and was able to network pretty heavily at UBS ( LDN) and 2 senior guys accepted to refer me. Thing is when I did the test I got rejected although I passed it last year and the questions were very similar so still not sure how that happened. I also noticed that I put my grad date as Sept 2022 instead of May 2022 and was wondering maybe it might be that.

Should email HR to try and check or risk it and try and submit a 2nd app from another account. it is my last year of applying for SA.

what test? the iq test? i thought they don't grade you on that and only use it for internal screening - so what do you mean by "fail"
