I love my job #notahardo #dontevenownajuul #okiliedaboutthelastpart

Curious to hear if there are others like me. I’m a senior analyst at EB/BB in one of the target banking cities (think NYC/SF/London). I went into this job thinking I’ll do my two years and I’ll be out. But, I love my job. I love waking up knowing I get to go to a job that I love. I think it’s pretty rare to have so much independence and the ability to interact with key decision makers at an entry level job. I guess I’m trying to make two points with this post: 1) I’m lookin to see if there are others that enjoy the day to day or if I’m psycho (and don’t love Banking just for the sweet, sweet cash) 2) I’m hoping to encourage all the interns / newbie bankers to give banking a real shot - don’t just think about the way out the second you get there, but instead focus on learning and getting the most out of it.
