IB at HSBC London

I work for HSBC in an emerging market and have a possibility to apply for starting as an analyst at the London IB office.

I know it's not the best name in IB, but I guess it's a good start and eventually I'll be able to move to other I banks. Does anyone know any of these data for IB at HSBC London?: 1_ Approx. Salary 2_ Working hours (like GS and the like, or less hours?) 3_ Will I have the possibility to eventually move to anything like GS or Lehman, or is the HSBC name just too bad for IB?

Any other data you may provide me to help me with my choice is welcome!
