IB Interview - What do I do?
I need some advice on the below.
I have been in the process for a lateral position at a top bank for 2 months now, having interviewed with the whole team, received positive feedback and even got asked by HR what position in terms of A1,A2 or A3 I would like to have at the bank towards the end of the process.
It's now been 3 weeks since and I haven't heard anything back, besides HR saying that they will get back to me asap.
At the same time, I'm being asked at my current employer if I want to move into another role, but it's not my preferred choice.
I would, of course, like to at least receive confirmation of whether I am being given an offer or not for the bank I'm recruiting for and being 2 months in the process doesn't seem normal.
How should I go about this?
