How common is it for Asso/VPs to get their MBAs to then move into PE or pivot out of finance?
Given high turnaround and overall toxic culture around quitting in IB, who do you ask for the reference letters? Former Asso/VPs who quit? VPs/MDs you can trust? Or just go all the way and ask staffer and group head? (Assuming consistent mid/top bucket over the years)
