IB to Start up/Corp Dev

Working full time as an analyst at a top bank, but quite interested in start-ups / corp dev. That said, I haven't gotten much outreach from headhunters when it came to these opportunities. All of my headhunter emails are from PE/HF/GE.
Question: Are there headhunters that specialize in start-ups/corp dev? Do I have to apply to them manually on Linkedin? Know currently start-ups are probably not hiring, but wondering how it was in the past.
