IB Vacation - London edition
Can you guys take extended weekends off during public holidays (3-4 days trips?). If so, how do you go about taking those ? Also, is it possible to be unreachable on a weekend day from times to times (say you go hiking or on some sports events outside the city). Thanks !
Depends on your team/bank. My team is fine with remote work so I can easily take 3-4 days trips if desired so long I can work if needed.
Ok cool, and do they respect your time when you’re off (is the mentioned necessary remote work” reasonable)?
